The Trendsetters Closet is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service.
We do not accept returns if the item is refused, returned due to the wrong address, you changed your mind, already have the item, or it just doesn't fit, etc. However, if we have made an error, we will rectify it.
You must contact The Trendsetters Closet by email within 3 business days of receiving the item for a return authorization number and this number must be listed on the mailing label.
Item must be returned within 7 days of authorization, and return shipping to be paid by the buyer.
We will promptly issue a "store credit" upon receipt of item for the full bid amount less fees if the above conditions are met. Under no circumstances will a credit be grated if ALL of these conditions are not met.
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery may NOT be returned. Underwear and swimwear are NOT returnable under ANY circumstances.
